Setoda Inn is a traditional Japanese ryoukan hotel located midway along the chain of islands connecting Honshu with Shikoku in the Seto Naikai National Park. Setoda is the main tourist town on the Shimanami Kaido, popular with cyclists wanting to break their journey over 2 days.

Setoda is best known for Kosanji Temple and the Hirayama Ikuo Museum of Art, both a short walk from the hotel. Also nearby are numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a large drugstore and convenience stores. A short cycle away is the famous Setoda Sunset Beach. The infamous Rabbit Island is also only a short ferry trip away.
